The Sindhi Topi Day

It has happened first time in the history of sindh to represent its culture by wearing Sindhi Topi(cap) and Ajrak on 6th of dec 2009 by the people of sindh across the country and across the globe.

When a senior media reporter publicaly blittered the cultural dress of the Sindhi President,the People of Sindh got angered and Kawish television and other Sindhi Media Channels decided to celebrate sindhi topi day that not only brings all sindhi people to come close to eachother but also united them to loathe the foreign media player's point of view regarding their culture.

The following developments have been done by declaring it a sindhi culture day.

1. Economic development :

cultural dresses and sindhi topies are selling like hot cakes across the sindh which has benefited to those petty bourgeois sindhi people who use to make cultural clothes and sindhi topies

2. Unity :

All sindhi people got united and will celebrate this day all together on 6th of dec which is going to be happened for the first time in the sindh.

3. Representation of culture :

Usually sindhi people are wearing sindhi topi and ajrak to represent themselves as sindhi but they had no such day to be celebrated but the 6th of dec has been blessed to them to represent themselves as sindhi by wearing Ajrak and Sindhi Topi.

Moreover,It is really making me very happy to see all sindhi people over a single platform with a single slogan which is really impressive.

I do hope that one day will come when all sindhi people will talk about Education ,Poverty,Jobs,Equality and our great Sindhi Leadership will do something for making a bright future of my beloved sindhi brothers.

NRO COOK POLITICIAN'S GOOSE

National reconciliation ordinance was passed by ex President Gen Pervez Musharaf on 5th of Oct 2007 for benifitting the Big Fishes of arabian sea for their new reproduction.

The following amendments were done for making this illicit law as constitutionally legal.

1.Amendment of section 494, Act V of 1898.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in sub-section(1), the Federal Government or a Provincial Government may, before the judgment is pronounced by a trial court, withdraw from the prosecution of any person including an absconding accused who is found to be falsely involved for political reasons or through political victimization in any case initiated between 1st day of January, 1986 to 12th day of October, 1999 and upon such withdrawal clause (a) and clause (b) of sub-section (1) shall apply.

For the purposes of exercise of powers under sub-section (2) the Federal Government and the Provincial Government may each constitute a Review Board to review the entire record of the case and furnish recommendations as to their withdrawal or otherwise.

The Review Board in case of Federal Government shall be headed by a retired judge of the Supreme Court with Attorney-General and Federal Law Secretary as its members and in case of Provincial Government it shall be headed by a retired judge of the High Court with Advocate-General and/or Prosecutor-General and Provincial Law Secretary as its members.
(5)
A review Board undertaking review of a case may direct the Public Prosecutor or any other concerned authority to furnish to it the record of the case.
2. Amendment of section 18, Ordinance XVIII of 1999.

Provided that no sitting member of Parliament or a Provincial Assembly shall be arrested without taking into consideration the recommendations of the Special Parliamentary Committee on Ethics referred to in clause (aa) or Special Committee of the Provincial Assembly on Ethics referred to in clause (aaa) of section 24, respectively.

Now a days,It has become a burning question in pakistan that why this law was made and who got benefited from this law.It is believed,about 8041 people amongst 34 politicians were the benificiaris of NRO and the ratio of such politicians and bureaucrates is 97%(7793) from sindh.

Moreover,The sinking Government is also under-pressure because most of the beneficiaries are also cabinet members of the present government.however,as the law would be curtailed all the cabinet members and bureaucrates will have to reliquesh their posts before appearing in the

court which might create another trouble.

Ridiculously,This law has encouraged by the politician as well as bureaucrats to commit more sin without any hinderence.

It is proclaimed by the federal law minister(Sindhu) yesterday that ppp wasnot the only party which got benefited from NRO but rather MQMs strength is more than other parties which not enjoyed the lust of power in this decay but also misruled the country.

Where as,Jahangir badar reported to have said that ppp leaders were ready to face the court.

Last but not the least,a retired justice wajihudden haider suggested by his arguments that those who were beneficiaries of NRO ,must be brought to the Supreme Court of Pakistan and thus he requested the senior judges to prosecute the NRO case fairly.even though,he rightly pointed out that those people who use to commit minor sins in our country ,are suffering from hard punishment but those who were financially-sound ,have never taken behind the bar once.

It can be summed up,All those laws were made by the then President Musharraf ,must be curtailed which he himself made for clearing his way to leave this country in the lurch.

SHADOWY WAR

Suicide attack took place in Iran's volatile Sistan-Balouchistan Province,have killed 31 people,including senior official of the Iranian Revoulationary Guard(Gen Shooshtari was deputy commander of the ground force) on sunday.Though the attack has been accused on Junoodullah because he was involved in several attacks in Iran so far.However,It can be predicted that Junodullah has been linked to Lashkar-i-Jhangvi or Al-Qaida.
In addition to this,Iran has proclaimed that the attack was plotted in pakistan and deliberately blamed that the Intelligence Agencies of pakistan were accomplice of Junodullah.
Instance,Heyder Moslehi (Intelligence Minister)has qouted"According to the evidence,The Pakistan Intelligence service is linked to the group(Junodullah)and pakistan is requested to clarify its position regarding the group".The above mentioned statement of the Iranian intelligence minister has directly blammed to pakistans involvement in the attack.On the other hand Rehman Malik(The Interior Ministery Adviser) himself replied to the statement saying that the attack wasnot plotted in pakistan and there is neither involvement of our intelligence agencies nor they used to do so.Even though,pakistan handed over Abdulmaleki rigi (brother of Junodullah) to the Iran for making pacify.
Last but not the least,All the major and minor players in the region should comprehend that if anyone of them,is boosting the militantancy in the region,woule be something fierce-dangerous for the regional stability or may open the doors of the shadowy war in the region.

Shikarpur (My Native Place)

On 30 th june 1985, I was born at shikarpur,which was captial of sindh in the dark ages.
For for a few days back,i paid a visit there after one year and noticed alot of changes in the city.however,an impatient desire of observation rose into my heart that which things have been changed and which have been remained same in my native place,should be noticed.therefore,i took a couple of pictures of its most prominent areas including my own house.
Moreover,there is an area well-known as Daadvai road adjacent to my home was totally unconstructed which did not create hurdle for those who are living there but rather it directly affects the sale of the shops located around the road.

Though In the above posted pics,it can be well judged that the poor drainage system in the shikarpur can become a major cause of deases,yet administrator of the city is remained idle to cope with the problem.I could not forget the days,when i was playing games with my cousins in the dog days of summer.however,i thought when i was at shikarpur few pics should be taken to recall my childhood memories.therefore,i took the below pics of my home.

As far as history of shikarpur is concerned,Shikarpur was a place of hunting where emperor of that time used to hunt animals but later on it was developed by daudputas.

ICC T20 CRICKET WORLD CHAMPION PAKISTAN

On 21st june The Final match of Icc T20 World Cup was played at Lords stadium.It was the Pakistani team which promulgated as the T20 champions after defeating Sri Lanka by six wickets in the hard-fought final of the World Cup 2009 at Lord’s on Sunday.It were the prays of pakistani people which made the Pakistani team as champion.

Although,I saw the whole match live and enjoyed alot as it was seen by the people of karachi that pakistan has won they started dance down the road with the pakistani flag,most of them were also hailing from some political parties because they were seen with the flag of their party.In the meantime,My best friend telephoned me and took me away at see side rather i was also agog to see how people are celebrating the victory.however,I went with him as we reached at CNG Filling station there was a car loaded with people who were utterly saying "PAKISTAN ZINDABAD" which attracted me alot.Therefore,I took this picture.

I could never forget the night when the people of pakistan forgot their problems and they were seen as a united nation.

These above all pictures were taken from my cell phone,I wish i could see the moment again which took place on 21st june monday,The pakistani team has not won the trophy only but they have played a vital role in our society through cricket game and made pakistani people as united Because the whole pakistan was celebrating its cricket teams victory in ICC T20 World Cup.

moreover,President of pakistan has announced one million rupees for Shahid Afridi,Kamran Akmal and Younis Khan for their outstanding performance in the final match.

Besides,Shahid Afridi said: he dedicates his victory to the people of sawat which was his greatness.

Who could dare to sacrifice himself for his motherland

For a few days ago a captain of pakistan's army became martyr just for the sake of pakistan's soil,He was hailing from kasoor,who sacrificed himself for his motherland(pakistan).Though thousands of army personals have been fighting with militants at sawat since along time,dozens of them sacrificed themselves for their country,but one of them was captain bilal shaheed.
It is not mentioned in the holy Quran or any islamic jurisprudence that the talibans who are also muslims can kill everyone by utterly saying that it is their jihad which is totally against islam.have they ever thought about the families whose family members have been killed by them never at all.they have also been targetted by security forces just because of their unislamic agenda.they want to call themselves a jihadi but the word deserves to be called for those who sacrificed themselves for others rather naive people,women,schools,government buildings and security forces checkposts have been destroyed by the talibans.what they wanted to do ,whynot they understand that,who became martyr were their muslim brothers(brotherhood),well may Allah suggest them.

Education in Sindh

Though sindh is a province of pakistan which has been suffering from different types of internal problems since along time,but most important problem is lack of education,It is said that,There are more than 17000 thousand schools which provide education to sindhi people,most of them are closed or have not been opened ,majority of them have been using as lounge by feaudals.although sindhi students are equally responsible for that as feaudal,politician,Teachers and bureaucrats are Because they have never risen slogans against the system but they often chanting slogans in politicians favour while schooling.

Mostly sindhi people are known as very poorest people as compare to others.therefore, they cannot afford to get education in private schools.Have a look on this picture,its a government school located in a tiny village of sindh.

And look into this private school.

It can be prognosticated by anyone,how much difference is in the above two pictures,Sindh is a peaceful land but majority of sindhi people are known as backwards in all over the pakistan because they are less educated,It is not their own mistake,Government of pakistan is totally resposible for it,whynot Govt takes an action against those who spread copy culture,and against those teachers who have been taking their salaries since their recruitment but havnot been attained the schools once to teach students,because most of them are also less educated then how they can be capable to educate others,It is understood they were recruited on the basis of their political sources.

Once i was told by my friend that the current controller of the board,having given as bribe two millions of pakistani rupees to politicians to get the posting.It is also said in our society that,If you want to be a teacher just give 100 thousand to any reliable political worker he who would give you the appointment order in the education department.They all are cheaters,they might have forgotten that the money which they have been collecting will never go with them when they will be demised,All the things will be abandoned by them when Hazrat Izrael would take their breath off,It is the game which has been playing in our society just because of money.

Eventually Ask to those who are buried: how much tender are they,we have forgotten the punishment of our Allah which is mentioned in his holy book and hadith that is why we are committing sin very easy,well there are dozen stories relavent to education in sindh which are hidden.

Memorable Night

When i was crossing a road with my friend,there was a man ,who was asleep tight down the road,it was really risky for him,though he had no place to sleep ,that was why,he was sleeping down the road,well he might be a poor or hadbeen suffering from bad circumstance.I could feel that whether he had eaten meal or not because the same situation was done with me twice,i could never forget those 2 nights,when i had no palace for sleeping, my all family members were at my village and i was living alone at karachi after the sudden demise of my father,i came to karachi for completing matriculation.Albeit i had my father's flat keys where he was demised but howerver couldnot dare to go there for sleeping.
I was studying at a library,actually i came back too much late where i was living they closed their main door of their house.i knocked alot but they didnot open,then i dediced to sleep down the road as the man was sleeping when i took these pictures.

Fortunately that was the same road,where i slept down.now the question may be risen in reader's mind;"who were they",didnot open their door for my entrance,they were my relatives,it is tender to write their names here.I wept alot when i did sleep down the road because i was missing my father.My father was a General Manager of Pakitan Steel Mill in Shipping department,he was an honest officer,and Alhamdulilah i have proud at him,well i cant write more because i amn't in condition to write.When i will be successful,I will surely write about my father and about me.

A Real Story

It is really tender to write about the kid who has no future.When i went to Jumma Bazar (Friday weekly Bazar)there was a kid,had been saying that take me as your labour,sir whatever you buy,I would take it up to your house ,Just for 30 pakistani rupees,for a few minutes before,I bought alot of vegetables and different things,It was very hard to take all the luggage by me however,I took him as my porter,he had a bag where he put off all the things which hadbeen bought by me from the bazar.while coming back to my house,I asked his name,he replied:Mustafa khan,then i asked him what is your father mustafa,he replied: he was martyr in the Afghanistan,I was shocked after hearing that,well i again asked him: What do u do besides the work.He replied: sir i am student,then i asked:what's your father name,he replied: Dur Mohammad,so mustafa how your father's incident had taken place? He answered : Sir when american troops invaded kabul,They were targetting taliban's locations but unfortunately one of their bomb hit our house,and My father hadbeen victimised and became martyr,but i was only the person who was away while this strategy being done,my all cousins,friends and family members were demised in this attack.here are some pictures of the kid.

I asked everything about him,where do u live Mustafa,He replied: Beside sohrab Goth Karachi,Well What should be written much about the story,he is just a kid but takes alot of responsibilities.certainly,pathans are hard workers,but why americans are killing those,who are not associates of taliban,This question rises in my mind.

About me

I am too much sensitive and committed person,having completed alot of things for achieving my target but still worried about it,As someone well said "Khuwab dekhny ka haq us ko hy jo usko haasil kar saky" means the dreams only who sees ,whom has the intention to make the dream true.According to me "Allah can give us whatever we want but should be committed to achieve our desire goal" I have never bad intentions for others ,because i know "Allah knows everything hidden"and it is my thinking that,if i would do something bad with anyone "Allah will do same with me"It is also called,The fear of our lord.
While preparation of "CSS",I am facing too much problems,especially when my relatives,friends and others are saying,you will not get through first Attempt,you would take too much time for passing the exam,I just want to know,Why they are abhorrent,well may "Allah"suggest them.
I know,it is their habbit to do backbiting but,I damn care about them,I just care about my "Allah" I have learnt alot of things in my younger age,and i am thankful to "Allah" for giving me a pure heart.
Since along time,I have been thinking about to show off those pictures which are relavent to me.these are the pictures of the mosque where i offer "salat e fajir and asar"


A couple of days ago,I got a bad news regarding my friend,who was also tutor of my nephew for reciting Quran,well his younger brother came to my house and informed me that,his older brother AZIZ has been died,I was socked because AZIZ is too much younger also,well i asked him what happend with AZIZ,he was crying and didnot say me what happend,i wondered and went to the madrassah where AZIZ became my friend when i sat in the madrassah for AITKAF 10 days prays in the last 10 daysof Ramzan,well i went to the madarssah and asked about the cause of AZIZ's death,I met with some ulemah's of the madarssah they said Aziz's friend drown in the river nearby Aziz's home and His friend was utterly saying him help me friend,he didnot know how to swim but he jumped into the river and unfortunately he died and his friend survived,he was also a hafiz as well as he was doing a course of ulema,when he came to my house last time,told me waqar brother pray for me,i have merely 2 years are left to become a ulema.these are the pictures of the madrassa where aziz got his early islamic education and this is the same mosque where i sat 3 times for Aitkaaf.






this is the same mosque where i often offer namaz-e-isha and maghrib.
