Waqar,
I found those interviews very interesting and informative. I came to know different problems being faced by CSS aspirants from Sindh. A desire has arisen in me to do something for them. I want to help all interested CSS candidates in the preparation of their exam through your forum. I will be happy to take their queries and try to clear them in as lucid and comprehensive way as possible. Let me know how i can do that.

A very nice effort. It would certainly help many CSS aspirants, especially those who are confused about joining some academy or going for self preparation.
A word of advice:
CSS is a mix of a little hard work, smart planning and effective execution.Don't leave it to luck only. Remember CSS is not an exam which takes years but a few months to prepare for, provided you have clear direction, single minded commitment and self belief.
Lastly, your queries are invited.
