Nuclear Summit April 2010

Few days back,a summit was held at USA in which nuclear proliferation was highly discussed and new plans were made to thwart the nuclear race in the whole world.

It goes without saying,America was the first country who enjoyed the taste of nuclear bomb in the second World War II in which thosands of japanies people were killed brutally and most of the children were handicaped which was the most disastrous action taken by USA in the history of the whole world.

elucida'ta,Uncle Sam is pertinently against the human life.On the one hand,it is claiming that it believes nuclear race might be disastrous for the whole world and on the other hand it is growing its nuclear capability as well as helping its allies by providing them nuclear assistance.

Reportedly,98% of nukes of the  are being held by USA and Russia inspite of this uncle sam is asking other countries like iran and north korea for not making warhead weapons lieu of destroying its own weapons.

Interestingly speaking,Iran is a member of NPT which is certainly allowing it to have civil nuclear capability.

Needless to say,the uncle sam is encouraging Israel while throwing cold water over the Iran for making civil nuclear program,is showing the cronyism while it is holding summits,holding meetings and conferences in which uncle sam is chanting only one sentence with a great utterance that Nuclear bombs are very disastrous for the human as well as for this planet.

Anyhow,most of the muslim countries are taking a part in uncle sam's campaign which has only one aim,is to prevent such countries and making a forlorn hope of being a nuclear country for them,is a dream of uni-polar world because it doesnot want to lose its power.

Shoaib Malik to wed Sania Mirza seems make-or-break

All Rounder Cricketer of Pakistan cricket team well-known as Shoiab Malik is likely to wed with prominent tennis Indian player Sania Mirza in the coming week.It is reported to have said that both sports players have had meetings in Dubai where they fall into love and later on decided to go for marriage.

Sad Enough,a cat has come out of the bag that Shoaib Malik was already married with an indian lass (Ayesha Siddiqa) whom he met on internet.

Shoaib proclaims in his statement that the picture was shown to him on internet by which he happened to be interested and decided for marriage was not actual of Ayesha Siddiqa rather of some other woman and his Nikka was held on phone call.

However,Sister in law of Shoaib malik is dancing in the media by saying that the nikka was held on phone,is totally unislamic because there was no witness of groom and bride while Nikka Naama has been made public by mother of the suffering wife of a prominent cricketer in which signatures are mentioned of the two witnesses which Shoaib Malik sent to his wife by post.

Is not the death of women rights? does he has right to play with the life of innocent woman who has not been appeared in media yet?

This has not happened for the first time in the history,many prominent cricketers have had committed such rediculous acts and exploited life of many women.

Last but not the least,if Shoaib Malik had done marriage with Ayesha siddiqi,must appear in the media and fulfill the requirement of his father in law by giving divorce to his daughter.

Magnanimous and Prominent Teacher

Teaching to students,is not an easy task and Teaching for free is also a very tough job for a teacher.
Interestingly,I happened to meet with a magnanimous Teacher namely Qamar-Uz-Zaman Yusufzai at a newspaper shop 1 year ago,It is he,who had done phd in english literature and psychology in 1970s from USA.

He asked me to introduce myself however i introduced and informed him that i am a css aspirant and willing to join elite civil service of pakistan for the betterment of my country.Astonishingly,he replied that he had taught countless students for css and pcs and asked me if i need any assisstance regarding the css or any other competative exam,i may contact him.
Needless to say,He did not ask for money and taught me for free particularly english essay subject.
Whereas,students after getting labeled as 'CSS' qualifier,are starting their own academies at their home and unneccesary topics are being taught by them to the students.In addition to this, due to lack of knowledge and guidance many students have been manipulated by demons incarnate.
It goes without saying,more or less 700 times the word "knowledge" has been used in Quran and The Last Prophet reported to have said that if one has knowledge,it is his sacred duty to spread it among the masses.Unfortunately,knowledge has become a business of such people who are having it.
Had our muslim scientist sold their knowledge to anyone?
Anyhow,There are few people like Qamar-Uz-zaman Yusufzai in the society who used to teach for free not for his own benifit rather for the betterment of the whole country.
Last but not the least,many army officials and prominent politicians like "ASIF ALI ZARDARI,ZULFIQAR MIRZA and imtiaz shaikh etc were students of Professor Qamar-uz-zaman Yusufzai in the Petaro cadet college.Inspite of that,he had never asked for any sort of help from his students.Although,he faces numerous shortcoming but still he has courage to face them.
Sad Enough,My teacher (Prof Qamar-uz-zaman) is suffering from beri beri disease and remains sick all the time.May Allah bestow his countless blessing upon this genorous man and give him a producive and prosperous life.

Qamaruz Zaman Khan Yusufzai

Professor of English (1967-1975) and Head of Dept. English (1973-1975)

Dr. Qamaruz Zaman Khan Yusufzai was professor of English at Cadet College Petaro from 1967 to 1975.
He was born on 11 May 1936, and got married to Mrs. Bakhshul on 15 September 1965. They have two daughters - Lubna and Samina.
Qamaruz Zaman Sb obtained his MA (English) degree from Sindh University in 1960 with 1st Position. He got his second Masters degree in Psychology from Sindh University in 1963 with 2nd Position. In 1987, he obtained his Ph.D. degree in English from the Columbia Pacific University, California.
While he was still a student at Sindh University, Qamar Sb had started his teaching career simultaneously. He was initially a Lecturer and then an Assistant Professor of English at the Govt. Colleges Hyderabad from 1959 to 1967, teaching Intermediate, BA, BSc and BCom classes.
In 1967, he joined Cadet College Petaro as teacher of English and remained in that position until 1975. While he was still employed by CCP, he was sent on deputation to Bedjaia in Algeria as a teacher of English for one year in 1971-1972 to teach "O" and "A" Level students.
During his days at Petaro, he was the Patron of the English Debating Society from 1967-1971. After 1973, being the senior most English teacher, he was appointed the Head of Department of English.
Upon leaving Petaro, he moved to Nigeria and was the Principal of the Govt. Technical College and Science Secondary School in Kano State from 1976 to 1982. He then returned to Pakistan and worked at Public School Hyderabad as an English language teacher for 9th to 12th classes from 1982 to 1987.
The Army Public School was established in Hyderabad in 1987 and Qamar Sb (who had just completed his PhD) was chosen as the Founder Principal. He remained in this position until 1990.
In 1994, he joined Islamia English School and Intermediate College Abu Dhabi, UAE as the Principal. This was an "O" and "A" Level and Intermediate college affiliated with the Federal Board in Islamabad.
He joined Newport University and Iqra Complex for Education in 1998 as Professor of English and Dean. He taught BBA English, CSS, TOEFL, MBA (Executive Level) and English Department classes.
in 2000, he was chosen as the Administrator of the Aisha Bawany Academy in Karachi and remained there until 2007. Since then, he has been Professor of English at the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology in Karachi.
Qamar Sb has been a prolific writer and has published a number of books and articles. His publications include the following:

CSS ASPIRANTS UNDER THE CLOUD

While preparation for css 2010,it has been observed that those candidates,are hailing from sindh,have certainly been under troublesome arena.
As,it is worth to mention here about 10 academies have been opened in sindh and owner of these academies chanting only one slogan collectively that "Remaining quota of sindh"should be filled and sindhi students must come forward to be a part of elite civil service of pakistan.
For this,they are looting the poor students by selling useless material on huge price.
I went to an academy with my friends there was a teacher who is also a csp,offered me to buy expansion of ideas in 300 Pkr which were fruitless Elucidat'a i bought these expansions and tried alot to gist them but could not succeed.
Moreover,Students who are also a victim of impoverishment,are being manipulated by the evils who means only business.This article isnot meant to throw light over all academies rather there are few in sindh which are made for earning money brilliantly instead of providing assistance to students.

2009 THE YEAR OF EVILS

It has been observed that the year 2009 was a very horrific and destructive year for pakistan.reportedly,73 suicide attacks occured in this year which left 1037 naive people to death while 3300 military and paramilitary security personnels were targetted by the perpetators.
It was the 2009 year which gifted us the kerry lugar bill,,sawat crisis,IDP issue,Balouchistan issue, sugar crisis,inflation danced in the air,about 10,000 people lost their jobs in reaction of 10th muhram attack at karachi. on the one hand,this year may be proven a year of triumph for those miscreants who on the name Jihad,are killing women children and man inspite of their faults.on the other hand,they are claiming that islam has been kept alive due to their jihad against infidals.if the jihad is against the infidals then why ordinary people have been left to death.has islam given them authority to kill naive children,women and man?Rather it is the islam which has said that in the time of war or jihad "dont humilate palm tree",dont kill non-combatants,women,children but taliban are doing oppose to the islamic eithics.Although the year of evils has come to end,May this 2010 year be more productive,peaceful and prosperous for pakistan.

The Sindhi Topi Day

It has happened first time in the history of sindh to represent its culture by wearing Sindhi Topi(cap) and Ajrak on 6th of dec 2009 by the people of sindh across the country and across the globe.

When a senior media reporter publicaly blittered the cultural dress of the Sindhi President,the People of Sindh got angered and Kawish television and other Sindhi Media Channels decided to celebrate sindhi topi day that not only brings all sindhi people to come close to eachother but also united them to loathe the foreign media player's point of view regarding their culture.

The following developments have been done by declaring it a sindhi culture day.

1. Economic development :

cultural dresses and sindhi topies are selling like hot cakes across the sindh which has benefited to those petty bourgeois sindhi people who use to make cultural clothes and sindhi topies

2. Unity :

All sindhi people got united and will celebrate this day all together on 6th of dec which is going to be happened for the first time in the sindh.

3. Representation of culture :

Usually sindhi people are wearing sindhi topi and ajrak to represent themselves as sindhi but they had no such day to be celebrated but the 6th of dec has been blessed to them to represent themselves as sindhi by wearing Ajrak and Sindhi Topi.

Moreover,It is really making me very happy to see all sindhi people over a single platform with a single slogan which is really impressive.

I do hope that one day will come when all sindhi people will talk about Education ,Poverty,Jobs,Equality and our great Sindhi Leadership will do something for making a bright future of my beloved sindhi brothers.

NRO COOK POLITICIAN'S GOOSE

National reconciliation ordinance was passed by ex President Gen Pervez Musharaf on 5th of Oct 2007 for benifitting the Big Fishes of arabian sea for their new reproduction.

The following amendments were done for making this illicit law as constitutionally legal.

1.Amendment of section 494, Act V of 1898.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in sub-section(1), the Federal Government or a Provincial Government may, before the judgment is pronounced by a trial court, withdraw from the prosecution of any person including an absconding accused who is found to be falsely involved for political reasons or through political victimization in any case initiated between 1st day of January, 1986 to 12th day of October, 1999 and upon such withdrawal clause (a) and clause (b) of sub-section (1) shall apply.

For the purposes of exercise of powers under sub-section (2) the Federal Government and the Provincial Government may each constitute a Review Board to review the entire record of the case and furnish recommendations as to their withdrawal or otherwise.
(4)
The Review Board in case of Federal Government shall be headed by a retired judge of the Supreme Court with Attorney-General and Federal Law Secretary as its members and in case of Provincial Government it shall be headed by a retired judge of the High Court with Advocate-General and/or Prosecutor-General and Provincial Law Secretary as its members.
(5)
A review Board undertaking review of a case may direct the Public Prosecutor or any other concerned authority to furnish to it the record of the case.
2. Amendment of section 18, Ordinance XVIII of 1999.

Provided that no sitting member of Parliament or a Provincial Assembly shall be arrested without taking into consideration the recommendations of the Special Parliamentary Committee on Ethics referred to in clause (aa) or Special Committee of the Provincial Assembly on Ethics referred to in clause (aaa) of section 24, respectively.

Now a days,It has become a burning question in pakistan that why this law was made and who got benefited from this law.It is believed,about 8041 people amongst 34 politicians were the benificiaris of NRO and the ratio of such politicians and bureaucrates is 97%(7793) from sindh.

Moreover,The sinking Government is also under-pressure because most of the beneficiaries are also cabinet members of the present government.however,as the law would be curtailed all the cabinet members and bureaucrates will have to reliquesh their posts before appearing in the

court which might create another trouble.

Ridiculously,This law has encouraged by the politician as well as bureaucrats to commit more sin without any hinderence.

It is proclaimed by the federal law minister(Sindhu) yesterday that ppp wasnot the only party which got benefited from NRO but rather MQMs strength is more than other parties which not enjoyed the lust of power in this decay but also misruled the country.

Where as,Jahangir badar reported to have said that ppp leaders were ready to face the court.

Last but not the least,a retired justice wajihudden haider suggested by his arguments that those who were beneficiaries of NRO ,must be brought to the Supreme Court of Pakistan and thus he requested the senior judges to prosecute the NRO case fairly.even though,he rightly pointed out that those people who use to commit minor sins in our country ,are suffering from hard punishment but those who were financially-sound ,have never taken behind the bar once.

It can be summed up,All those laws were made by the then President Musharraf ,must be curtailed which he himself made for clearing his way to leave this country in the lurch.

SHADOWY WAR

Suicide attack took place in Iran's volatile Sistan-Balouchistan Province,have killed 31 people,including senior official of the Iranian Revoulationary Guard(Gen Shooshtari was deputy commander of the ground force) on sunday.Though the attack has been accused on Junoodullah because he was involved in several attacks in Iran so far.However,It can be predicted that Junodullah has been linked to Lashkar-i-Jhangvi or Al-Qaida.
In addition to this,Iran has proclaimed that the attack was plotted in pakistan and deliberately blamed that the Intelligence Agencies of pakistan were accomplice of Junodullah.
Instance,Heyder Moslehi (Intelligence Minister)has qouted"According to the evidence,The Pakistan Intelligence service is linked to the group(Junodullah)and pakistan is requested to clarify its position regarding the group".The above mentioned statement of the Iranian intelligence minister has directly blammed to pakistans involvement in the attack.On the other hand Rehman Malik(The Interior Ministery Adviser) himself replied to the statement saying that the attack wasnot plotted in pakistan and there is neither involvement of our intelligence agencies nor they used to do so.Even though,pakistan handed over Abdulmaleki rigi (brother of Junodullah) to the Iran for making pacify.
Last but not the least,All the major and minor players in the region should comprehend that if anyone of them,is boosting the militantancy in the region,woule be something fierce-dangerous for the regional stability or may open the doors of the shadowy war in the region.

Shikarpur (My Native Place)

On 30 th june 1985, I was born at shikarpur,which was captial of sindh in the dark ages.
For for a few days back,i paid a visit there after one year and noticed alot of changes in the city.however,an impatient desire of observation rose into my heart that which things have been changed and which have been remained same in my native place,should be noticed.therefore,i took a couple of pictures of its most prominent areas including my own house.
Moreover,there is an area well-known as Daadvai road adjacent to my home was totally unconstructed which did not create hurdle for those who are living there but rather it directly affects the sale of the shops located around the road.

Though In the above posted pics,it can be well judged that the poor drainage system in the shikarpur can become a major cause of deases,yet administrator of the city is remained idle to cope with the problem.I could not forget the days,when i was playing games with my cousins in the dog days of summer.however,i thought when i was at shikarpur few pics should be taken to recall my childhood memories.therefore,i took the below pics of my home.

As far as history of shikarpur is concerned,Shikarpur was a place of hunting where emperor of that time used to hunt animals but later on it was developed by daudputas.
