Summary: It is a sort of psychological disorder with a
number of forms and natures. Anxiety can be identified when there is
unpleasant feelings, mental tensions,
pathetic past, Apathy to work, loneliness, acceptance to life and other
psychological stresses.
Content: Functioning of central nervous system is as important
as rest of the body parts. Rather, it is chiefly acting in our body to let it
smoothly run. Since the world has turned out to be more materialistic, the
prevalence of Anxiety has been grossly increasing through out the
world. It’s disorders are of many kinds and of varied natures. Phobia, fear of
happiness, prolong agonies, economic challenges, social problems and consistent
worrisome are the main disorders of this psychological disease. The recent
studies revealed that one third of the whole population has the problem of this disorder. And, the ratio goes on augments in the developing
world.
Although, the psychologists have successfully
devised a scale for determining the intensity of this order and have been
remained successful in their attempts. They hold the view that Anxiety disorder is due to number of
problems being faced by the patients. Among them, the most serious problem is
of conquering the fear exist in their nature. They opine that most of the patients
have fear of losing or achieving something in their lives. This increases the
rate and intensity of disorder. On the other hand, most of the patients react
restlessly to a certain chain of thoughts. They create unrest in the public and
incite violence during the attack.
Problems in taking a proper
breathe and rise of confusions are the results of such attacks. It can be
perceived as Agoraphobia. In this situation, patients feel that there shall be
no to lend helping hand to them. They are completely alone and merciless. They
reckon themselves as darkness of ignorance. Besides, it’s post repercussions
are more dangerous and of far reaching consequences. In Anxiety most of the people do not know about their actions. They deal
with different issues unconsciously and unintentionally. And, it is just
because of prolonged persistence of stress and fears. Alexander had once said that if you cannot
conquer your fear you can never conquer the world.
Shakespeare has rightly said that “Actions are in our control
, rest is not our business”. Those who are arrested with this mental instability,
do not bridle their hearts and minds.
They do not have control on their emotions and nerves. They fear that they are
the looser and can never be successful in their lives. Yes, it is not easy for
everyone to be successful. Success demands appropriation and mental stability.
And, it can be only acquired by keeping the body and psychological health side
by side.
