How to get rid of constipation



Summary:  Constipation is a disorder of digestive system that prevents food to pass by the body. It is supposed to be most dangerous for life if it is not timely treated. Fiber is grossly known as a best food source for naturally treating the disease.

Content: Human body has the natural ability of dealing with a number of diseases within the body structure. But, there are few diseases that create severe problems in our lives. Constipation is among those severe diseases.Actually, It  is occurring when we do not take fiber rich foods, water and involve in any physical activity.  Eating something without a proper care leads us to get arrested with this disorder.For Proper functioning of our body, it is necessary to get rid of wastage material. Yes, this wastage material is very dangerous for our health and may cause other serious disorders. Pathetic bowel functioning is the main cause of this diseases. 

Basically, occurrence of Constipation can be determined if one has persistent pain in his stomach. If you are unable to pass by your wastage material and having problem in bowel functioning that means you have been caught in this disease.  After a thorough research, Doctors have determined that intake of heavy food, and avoidance to physical exercise are the main reasons. Besides, they also hold the view that fiber is very necessary for bowel as well as for small and large intestines.  They prescribe to most of the patients that proper  in-taking of fiber rich food like beans and fruits can help them to prevent the longer existence of this disorder. 

In case, if the disorder is acute and unbearable then patients are advised to get checked their colons. Yes, medical tests of bowel and colon are also taken with regard to identifying the main reason of this disease. But, it does not happen with everyone. It is generally happened when your have Consistent Constipation of 15 days.Since feces turns out to be dry and hard to expel, it causes stomach pain in our body. Longer presence of feces in our body is very dangerous. The swelling of stomach is clearly implying the medical condition. At this situation, one must immediately consult with a doctor. Otherwise, the medical condition can be more pathetic and unbearable. 

 Hence, it must be seriously understood that unless we do not remain physical fit and avoid eating heavy food items we cannot get rid of this disorder. To adhere it, we need to take plenty of water on daily basis apart from in-taking fiber rich food items. Among them, the fastest absorbing are orange and beans.  Last but not the least, regular physical exercise, stress free mind, proper diet schedule and eating of vitamin rich foods are also necessary for getting rid of it.
